What we collect

When you join the digital coaching course waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond to your inquiry. Please do not share sensitive health or trauma information in the form. If you choose to book a call, you leave this site for Calendly, which collects the information you provide there under its own privacy practices.

How we use your information

We use your waitlist email to keep track of your interest and to contact you about the upcoming course. We use contact inquiries to reply to you. Joining the waitlist does not enroll you in coaching. We do not display submitted addresses or messages publicly.

Where information is stored

Waitlist signups and contact inquiries are stored in the site's private data service. Service providers that operate the website or booking service may process information as needed to provide those services. Booking information is handled on Calendly's site, not in this website's waitlist.

If you purchase a coaching package, our payment provider processes payment and checkout information under its own privacy practices. We use purchase confirmation and package information to provide your next steps. Do not send payment-card details through our contact form.

Self-reflection and browser-local progress

The YOU Priority™ assessment does not send your answers to our data service or require email for results. Optional lesson-completion progress is stored only in your browser and can be reset. Private journal reflections are not collected or stored by the lesson reader.

SMS/MMS information and consent

SMS signup on this site is not connected yet: the displayed optional consent section does not save mobile numbers or consent, enroll anyone, or send messages. Once a designated SMS signup process is available, it will request your mobile number and separate express SMS/MMS consent. Email consent or submitting a contact inquiry does not constitute SMS consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS service providers may process mobile information solely to deliver messages, handle opt-outs, and support services on Dynamic Destiny®'s behalf, not for their own use. SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from third-party sharing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Joining the waitlist is optional. To ask about or request removal of a waitlist email, contact Dynamic Destiny® through its website at www.dynamicdestiny.co. Please do not submit sensitive health details through the waitlist form.
