SMS/MMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the recurring SMS/MMS program offered by Dynamic Destiny® Life Strategies & Consulting, LLC ("Dynamic Destiny®").
Program description
With your express opt-in, Dynamic Destiny® may send recurring SMS and MMS messages including educational and motivational content; coaching and program information; resources; announcements; event and appointment information; updates and reminders; promotional messages and special offers; and information about The YOU Priority™, The YOU Dynamic™, and other Dynamic Destiny® products, programs, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent and participation
Participation requires your express opt-in through a designated SMS consent process. Providing a number alone, submitting a contact form, or consenting to email does not enroll you in SMS/MMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may choose not to participate without affecting your ability to purchase products or services.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS/MMS messages. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation of your request; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email lwkservices@dynamicdestiny.co. For questions about charges or your mobile plan, contact your carrier.
Delivery and mobile-number changes
Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability. Messages may be delayed or undelivered; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or relinquish your mobile number, opt out using STOP before the change and notify Dynamic Destiny® at the support email so your old number can be removed. Opt in separately with any new number.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process mobile information solely to deliver and support services on Dynamic Destiny®'s behalf, not for their own marketing. SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from third-party sharing. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Changes to these terms
Dynamic Destiny® may update these terms as the program or applicable requirements change. The current terms and effective date will be posted on this page. Changes do not replace any express consent required for messaging.
