Welcome
Welcome. You do not need to earn a place in your own life by finishing everyone else's list first. This program invites you to notice where your needs have become easy to postpone and practice a different response. Spend about ten minutes a day reading, reflecting and choosing one action. If you miss a day, return to the next unfinished lesson. There is no need to restart.
This is educational coaching material, not medical or mental-health treatment. Adapt the exercises to your circumstances. A boundary exercise does not require a confrontation; you can start with a lower-stakes situation or private planning.
Before you begin
- — What brought me here?
- — What would feel meaningfully different after 21 days?
- — What ten-minute window can I use?
- — What might interrupt that window, and what is my backup plan?
These prompts are not form fields. Nothing you write elsewhere is collected or saved here.
Day 1 of 21
Where did your priorities go
Being dependable can make it easy to organize your life around everyone else's needs. Today, look at your routine without judging yourself. A pattern becomes easier to change when you can describe it clearly.
Reflect
Which personal priority has been postponed? When did you last make room for it? What request or responsibility usually replaces it?
Practice
Make two short lists: what receives your time and what you wish received your time. Circle one item on the second list. Set aside ten minutes for it today.
Write privately
My postponed priority is ____. Today I will give it ten minutes at ____.
Use your own journal or workbook. This site does not store your response.
